Once an order is placed how long can I expect a response from your company?

You will receive either an invoice and or contacted by one of our customer service representatives within 24 hours from order placement.

How long will it take for my order to ship?

All orders will ship based upon current availability. You will be contacted by one of our customer service professionals within 24 hours of order placement with an estimated ship date.

Will I be contacted once my order ships?

Yes, you will be contacted via email and or telephone with all shipping information after your order has departed our facility.
