This client had just purchased their second home in the Biltmore area and were looking to furnish their outdoor spaces. Tackling the main patio first, the desire was to create a dual purpose space, to feature a lounging and dining area, adjacent to their pool. As you can see, this space has a beautiful view of Piestewa peak, therefore I wanted to assure they would be able to enjoy the views from this location. Similar to the style of the home, we went for a contemporary aesthetic with clean lines and rich, natural textures. Their secondary patio sits directly off their main living/kitchen and is used for morning coffee and casual lunches. I assisted in providing a lounge area to coordinate with their existing dining set. The open concept layout provides a smooth transition between the indoor and outdoor spaces as well as between the exterior seating and dining. This textured collection grounds the space, creating an intimate setting, while the HPL tables provide a modern touch and overall sleekness. Pulling from the ceiling detail and the interior dining chairs, terracotta was a perfect accent color to this grouping!
