I met this client during their first visit to our store. They had recently purchased their second home within Fountain Hills and were in need of ideas on what to do with their space. I wanted to maximize not only the use of the space but also the views. The seating area provides a cozy space to gather with family and friends around the fire. Having a fire pit was very much a necessity for them! The Lucia collection from Ratana offers a sleek, low-profile design while still providing comfort. The profile helps to not obstruct the views from the inside, which is a must when you have the views they do. In addition, the client also wanted a place to drink their coffee in the morning, and this platform was the perfect area to do so! I went for a soft, textured pallet with a subtle pop of color; the clients love blue! Overall, we were very satisfied with the completed look!
