"What started out as a simple trip to pick up cushions for our old patio set, turned into totally revamping our front and back patios. Our salesperson Todd, displayed a great sense of design. Instead of buying cushions that day, we purchased a large dining table with seating for six which was delivered in a timely manner. Once delivered, Todd stopped by to help us arrange our patio. It was during this visit that he came up with the colors for our old patio set so that it would blend with the new one. It looks beautiful. The products and service are excellent and because we are so satisfied with Todd's guidance we will be adding a new seating and bar area to the back patio area and outdoor seating for our front patio area.

"I had the most remarkable experience in purchasing my Lanai furniture from All American Outdoor Living. They define a new level of customer service. Todd worked with me to get exactly what we needed for our Lanai and then sent a series of digital pictures on the optimum way to arrange the furniture. We bought two recliners, two swivel chairs and new ottomans in a high design fabric from Summer Classics. One of the ottomans could not be obtained in the same fabric, so we agreed to use a neutral fabric for that ottoman. But behind the scenes, he was able to work extra hard and obtain the same fabric for our collection for that ottoman. We were very pleasantly surprised.

The communication was extraordinary in every phase of our purchase. Even the packaging and delivery were first class. I simply can, without any reservation, recommend this company for the sale of outdoor furniture. The quality of the service matches the quality of the products they offer."

"There is outdoor patio furniture and there is All American Fine Outdoor Furnishings. I initially saw the furniture I wanted in an ad. I contacted the store to see if it was in stock and to discuss color options. I was given all the needed information on the phone and arrived at the store to find my pieces ready and waiting for me. I am in sales and often find myself extra critical of customer service but these guys rocked! Thanks for a great experience."

"There are not enough words to describe how much I enjoyed working with this business. My husband and I recently relocated from Chicago and needed quite a bit of outdoor furniture. We found All American by driving by, on a visit before our move. We had looked in numerous stores and nothing rivaled the quality we found here. We entered the showroom and announced we were just browsing. Everyone was welcoming, warm and helpful, with no pressure. By the time we left, we had ordered everything we needed. Todd, the owner, could not have been better - he was knowledgeable, helpful, passionate about his business and the service was beyond exceptional. His staff has been equally so, every time I have been in. We purchased the Madrid line by Castelle - though you couldn't go wrong with any of the products or lines they carry, including their private label. The delivery was exactly as promised, on time (the day after the moving truck pulled away) and everything was set up cheerfully without letting me lift a finger. The delivery guys were professional and nice, careful about every aspect of our home and thorough - not a piece of padding or garbage in sight. the furniture looks stunning, dries quickly after the rain and is so easy to care for. I'm ecstatic. I have also worked with All American to make matching, custom cushions for the few old pieces of furniture I already owned and they even made us matching, custom, outdoor dog beds. I feel we have tested the company's abilities thoroughly and have been simply blown away, at every turn.

There are numerous options in outdoor furniture and at all price points and variations of quality. And cushions are often a whole separate expense. After 26 years of trying to balance costs of furniture with the extreme temps and resulting destruction of Chicago weather, I was ready to buy quality furniture. I can't imagine what I would have ended up with or chosen, had we not found All American. While the furniture isn't inexpensive, the quality far outweighs the price and the service just can't be beat. I won't list all the other stores in the area that we looked in - lots of businesses offer decent furniture here. But All American was exceptional in every way and I'm certain we stumbled on to the trifecta of quality.

As I take time to write updates and additional business reviews, All American deserves an update. I wanted to add that almost a year later, everything we purchased from All American still looks as good as the day we bought it! My initial review didn't list the extent of our purchase - significant in quantity of chairs, tables and umbrellas. We never cover it and only need to spot clean or wipe down any bird droppings or dust. Every piece we bought looks great and functions perfectly. And if it's possible, it's even more comfortable as it gets broken in!"

"We moved to The Vi at Grayhawk, a CCRC here in North Scottsdale a year ago after many decades living in the San Francisco Bay area. We have a house with a two car garage and a nice little yard with a patio for our two dogs. We've been looking for a couple of chairs and table to replace with inadequate ones we brought from Calif. We've been to ten stores at least... all had over priced, cheap looking items with many requiring a purchase of a 'complete set.' We just wanted 2 chairs and a table! We live very close to All American Fine Outdoor Furnishings and I said to my wife, "Let's just check them out." What a wise move... they had exactly what we wanted. The quality was superb, the price was fair. No high pressure just quality and service we longed for. We couldn't be happier and would unqualifiedly recommend this great retail store."

"I give these guys 5 stars because they are super friendly, have a great selection of products, and really care about doing a good job. I purchased my outdoor sectional, area rug, and coffee table yesterday. The sofa and coffee table were delivered this morning as they were both in stock. I am still waiting on the area rug and custom toss pillows but am expecting them in about 2 weeks.

After checking out several local competitors, I found that All American had the best service and selection for my decorating style, which is a little more modern. Many of the competitors mostly had a lot of that "Tuscan" look that really doesn't suit my needs.

Also, the prices at All American were very competitive. So, after doing my research, I went back to All American and I'm glad that I did."

"I purchased a table, 4 padded sling chairs (very comfortable) and an 11 ft umbrella from All American Fine Outdoor Furnishings. Todd was very helpful in picking out the styles and colors. A couple of weeks after the delivery we noticed a flaw in the table top and a tear in the umbrella. I emailed Todd and he ordered new top and umbrella. Not many people stand behind their warranties but these guys do. Kudos!"
